Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1.2. Buyer (Consumer) Information
The buyer's name, surname, address, phone number, and email address are the information provided by the buyer during the order and are included in the order confirmation email.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
3. Basic Features of the Service
3.1. Service Description
IFM Teknoloji A.Ş. provides users with a web-based keyword ranking tracking service (SERP Tracking). The service includes the following features:
- Keyword ranking tracking
- Google search results analysis
- Ranking change reports
- Competitor analysis and comparison
- Email notifications
- Data export
- API access (in relevant plans)
3.2. Subscription Plans
The service is offered as various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. The features of each plan are detailed on the pricing page.
Plans may include the following elements:
- Number of trackable keywords
- Number of projects
- Check frequency (daily, weekly)
- Historical data retention period
- API access and request limits
- Support options
4. Service Price and Payment
4.1. Pricing
The sales price of the service is the price indicated on the website at the time of order. All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
The SELLER reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, price changes do not affect the current period of existing subscriptions.
4.2. Payment Method
Payments can be made through the following methods:
- Credit card / Debit card
- Bank transfer / EFT
- Other payment methods (when available)
For payments made by credit card, card information is processed through a secure payment infrastructure and is not stored by the SELLER.
4.3. Invoice
After payment is confirmed, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the BUYER. The BUYER agrees to receive electronic invoices.
4.4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period unless canceled by the BUYER. Renewal is processed with the registered payment method before the end of the current period.
The BUYER may request to cancel automatic renewal through account settings or customer service.
5. Service Performance
5.1. Service Commencement
The service becomes active immediately after payment is confirmed. The BUYER can start using the service after payment confirmation.
5.2. Service Duration
The service duration is determined according to the selected subscription plan (monthly or annual). The duration begins from the date of payment confirmation.
5.3. Access
The BUYER can access the service 24/7 through the website. The SELLER is obliged to notify about temporary interruptions in service due to maintenance work or technical issues.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The withdrawal period begins from the date the service subscription started.
6.2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Must submit the withdrawal notification in writing to the SELLER
- May notify via email, post, or through the website
- May use the withdrawal form or provide notification with a clear statement

6.3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:
- Service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period and this consent has been recorded
- Services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets that are not under the control of the seller
- Services prepared in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer
- If digital content delivery has begun (provided that consent has been obtained with prior information)
When the BUYER requests immediate commencement of the service at the time of order and gives consent to waive the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
6.4. Refund Upon Withdrawal
When the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall refund all payments to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them.
The refund is made through the same payment instrument used by the BUYER and without any additional cost to the BUYER.
If the service has been partially used, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the amount corresponding to the used period.
7. Consumer Complaints
7.1. Application Authorities
The BUYER may file complaints and objections regarding the service with the following authorities:

- Consumer Courts
- Consumer Arbitration Boards
7.2. Consumer Arbitration Boards
Authorities to apply according to the dispute value (limits valid for 2024):
- Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Boards for disputes under 104,000 TRY
- Consumer Courts for disputes of 104,000 TRY and above
Note: The above monetary limits are updated annually with the revaluation rate. Please check the Ministry of Commerce website for current limits.
8. Warranty
The SELLER warrants that the service will be generally available during the subscription period and will substantially conform to the described features.
No warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The SELLER reserves the right to make changes without prior notice to improve the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The SELLER's liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by the BUYER.
The SELLER does not accept liability for the following:
- Results that the BUYER achieved or failed to achieve using the service
- Data losses or errors from third-party sources
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, etc.)
- BUYER's internet connection or equipment issues
- Indirect, incidental, or special damages
10. Evidence Agreement
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the SELLER's official books and commercial records, electronic information stored in its database and servers, and computer records constitute binding, conclusive, and exclusive evidence. This article constitutes an evidence agreement within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
For disputes arising from the Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence or where the service was purchased are authorized.
12. Entry into Force
This Agreement consists of a total of 12 (twelve) articles and comes into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
The BUYER declares and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
