Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the refund terms and procedures for services provided by IFM Teknoloji A.Ş. ("we", "our", or "Company").
1. General Principles
We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund under the conditions specified in this policy.
Our refund policy is based on the following principles:

- Fair and equal treatment
- Fast processing times
- Compliance with legal requirements
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your first purchase without giving any reason and receive a full refund.
2.2. Conditions
To benefit from the 14-day money-back guarantee:
- Valid for first-time subscribers only
- Withdrawal notice must be made within 14 days
- No previous refund must have been received with the same account or payment method
- Valid for the first paid period after promotion or free trial
2.3. Exceptions
The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- If explicit consent was given for immediate service commencement and the right of withdrawal was waived
- For subscription renewal periods (only valid for initial purchase)
- For purchases made with promotional codes or special discounts (unless otherwise stated)
- For corporate or bulk purchase agreements
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancellation of monthly subscriptions:
- You can cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- You continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the current period
- No partial refund for unused time
3.2. Annual Subscriptions
Cancellation of annual subscriptions:
- Full refund within the first 14 days (right of withdrawal)
- Partial refund may be considered for cancellation after 14 days
- Partial refund is calculated based on time used and monthly equivalent price
- Annual discount rate may be deducted from the calculation
3.3. Access After Cancellation
After subscription cancellation:
- Access to service continues until the end of the current period
- All features are disabled at the end of the period
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- If you resubscribe within 30 days, you can access your data
- Data is permanently deleted after 30 days
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refund Request
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@iyifikirmedya.com
- Provide your account email and order number
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund
- Your request will be reviewed within 1-3 business days
4.2. Required Information
The following information is required for a refund request:
- Account email address
- Transaction/Order number
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- Date of payment
4.3. Processing Time
Refund processing times:
- Request evaluation: 1-3 business days
- Refund initiation after approval: 1-2 business days
- Bank/card processing: 5-10 business days
- Total time: 7-15 business days
Note: Bank processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:
5.1. Annual Subscription Cancellation
For annual subscription cancellation after 14 days:
- Used months are calculated at the monthly price
- Used amount is deducted from the total paid
- Remaining amount is refunded
- Annual discount loss may be reflected to the customer
Example calculation:
Annual plan 1000 TRY (monthly equivalent 120 TRY), cancellation after 3 months of use:
- Used: 3 months × 120 TRY = 360 TRY
- Refund: 1000 TRY - 360 TRY = 640 TRY
5.2. Service Interruptions
In case of extended service interruptions caused by us, partial refund or time extension may be provided proportional to the interruption period.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- If the right of withdrawal has been explicitly waived
- If the account has been suspended for violation of terms of service
- If fraud or abuse has been detected
- If notified and consent was given for transition from free trial to paid period
- If repeated cancellation and re-registration patterns are detected
- For additional payments made due to exceeding API usage limits
7. Refund Payment Method
7.1. Credit Card Payments
Refunds for credit card payments are made to the account of the card used for payment. The refund is reflected in the card statement within 5-10 business days.
7.2. Bank Transfer
IBAN information is requested for refunds of payments made by bank transfer. The refund is made to the specified account within 3-5 business days.
7.3. Other Payment Methods
For other payment methods, refunds are made via the same method when possible, otherwise by bank transfer.
8. Special Cases
8.1. Technical Issues
If you were unable to use the service due to technical issues caused by our service:
- Report the situation to info@iyifikirmedya.com
- Our technical team will investigate the issue
- Appropriate compensation will be provided if the issue is confirmed
8.2. Double Payment
If a double payment was made by mistake, the overpayment is automatically refunded as soon as it is detected.
8.3. Plan Changes
Upgrade to a higher plan:
- Price difference is calculated for the remaining period
- Price difference is charged immediately
Downgrade to a lower plan:
- Takes effect from the next period
- No refund for the current period
9. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request was wrongly rejected or if you have any disputes:
- Contact senior management at info@iyifikirmedya.com
- Your case will be re-evaluated within 5 business days
- If no resolution is reached, you can apply to Consumer Arbitration Boards
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the website.
Active subscribers will be notified by email about policy changes.
